I am a writer. I am a grazer. I am a sipper. When I write I like to snack, it helps me think. I snack on healthy foods, so I don’t feel guilty for snacking. I buy things like sunflower seeds, trailmix and fruit. I don’t want my mind to be cluttered with guilt for eating junk food, so I am sure to snack healthy.
I love to sip tea when I am writing. It is also another tool I use to help me organize my thoughts. I love Earl Grey, Pomgranite and Ceylon Breakfast tea. It’s the pause in between sips that thoughts begin to flow and my fingers and brain become one.
